The Department of Geology & Geophysics at Yale University invites applications for two faculty positions:
- A tenure-track Assistant Professor appointment in the broad area of climate sciences, relevant fields include (but are not limited to) the physics and
chemistry of the atmosphere and ocean, climate change, paleoclimate, and
the dynamics of planetary and exoplanetary atmospheres.
- an open-rank faculty appointment in the broad area of geochemistry, relevant fields include (but are not limited to)
geochemical cycling, biogeochemistry, geomicrobiology, cosmology,
planetary evolution, petrology, and Earth surface processes.
